Bottle Shot | Tasting Note

“A very enticing bouquet with fragrances of wild red berries and cherry, old fashioned roses and nettle, some fallen leaves and crushed rock mineral qualities, dried herb and sweet fine oak scents with delicate baking spice layers. Complex and youthful. Delicious on the palate with a core of red berry fruits, mineral and oak, a taut texture with youthful tannins and acid line. There’s a corase silk texture underlying the youthful energy and along with the fruit and mineral tastes as well as the chalky tannin attributes presents a wine that will age well. For the moment best enjoyed with food, but this wine reward thoise who can wait. Lengthy finsh with best drinking from 2024 through 2034+.”
