Our first wine from a small vineyard planted organically by Callum and Sarah Linklater. We planted three Chardonnay clones (548, 1066 & 121) at our ‘project’ on Gee Street, Renwick. Planted in 2016 this wine is in-conversion to Organic, BioGro 5186. Drink with good friends and simple seasonal fare.
Bottled: 30th October 2018. Released 1st December 2018.
